SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

All orders are sent Royal Mail  48 tracked. You will receive and email with the tracking number

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

I offer a set delivery through Royal Mail 48 tracked for domestic orders and Royal mail international for all other orders

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
Items can only be returned if faulty. This will need to be through Royal mail and I would advised this be tracked for your own protection. Once the Item is received and checked the refund will be processed. Please allow up to 10 working days for this. 
Do you provide International delivery?
 

Items can be set via Royal mail to international destinations. 

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
The items are custom made so are not returnable unless faulty. 

Items can be returned within 7 days if they are faulty
